Key Accountabilities:
- Providing accurate and timely support to the HR function through a range of administrative activities
- HR vendor management
- HR metrics reporting (attrition analysis, hr activity tracker)
- Managing the administrative elements of both the new hire and exit employees, to include induction, onboarding & separation.
- ensuring timely resolution of employee queries. (HR policies, visa support, bonafied letters)
- Co-ordination of HR wide activities, including HR Calendar and Project Plans
- Support coordination and presentation of HR updates to leadership
Experience & Skills:
- Experience of working within an administrative role within an HR environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English-speaking skills
- Ability to use appropriate IT applications effectively (including Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills,
- Ability to manage business and employee information with confidentiality, discretion and sensitivity.
- Able to analyse data and information to produce clear reports on trends, patterns and other observations
