We're Hiring – Senior Salon Manager/ Operations Manager

Whitemagic Fashions is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Salon Manager to assist in managing and scaling our premium salon network across Kerala.

Location: frequent travel across Kerala
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Availability: Immediate Joining

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist management in overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple salons.
  • Ensure consistent service quality, grooming standards, and customer satisfaction across outlets.
  • Coordinate with salon managers and staff to achieve sales and performance targets.
  • Monitor staff performance, handle escalations, and ensure smooth client experiences.
  • Support recruitment, training, and staff development.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and local marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Conduct regular audits on stock, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated with beauty, fashion, and market trends to implement innovative ideas.
  • Report directly to the CEO and assist in strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in salon operations/management.
  • Willingness to travel across Kerala frequently.
  • Strong communication skills – fluent in Hindi & English (Malayalam is a plus).
  • Fashionable, confident personality with passion for beauty, fashion, and client service.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
