Il nostro cliente, leader a livello mondiale nella produzione e nella commercializzazione di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche, è alla ricerca di un/a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 Application Specialist .
La risorsa, inserita all'interno del Dipartimento IT, riportando direttamente all’Application and Integration Manager, dovrà:
• Assicurare il corretto svolgimento delle attività progettuali da un punto di vista funzionale per le soluzioni software in area Microsoft, in particolare MS Dynamics CRM 365, verificando inoltre la non duplicazione di funzionalità e soluzioni già esistenti nei sistemi presenti nel landscape applicativo all’interno dell’ICT Corporate e locale.
• Contribuire ad indirizzare correttamente le richieste da parte delle Business Unit verso la soluzione più idonea collaborando con i Business Analyst e con i consulenti del Local System Integrator o con le figure ICT Corporate.
• Supportare l’evoluzione dell’architettura software ICT verso soluzioni scalabili e adattabili alle esigenze del business.
• Contribuire a migliorare linee guida e approccio alle attività relativamente alle implementazioni e al corretto utilizzo dell’ICT all’interno dell’azienda.
Requisiti • Esperienza nel ruolo di 2-5 anni
• Diploma/Laurea in Informatica o cultura equivalente
• Buona conoscenza applicativa e relativa esperienza sui moduli che compongono la piattaforma MS Dynamics CRM 365 Customer Engagement, in particolare moduli Service e Marketing
• Buona conoscenza della parte Customization della piattaforma MS Dynamics CRM 365 Customer Engagement (configurazione data model, views, forms, advanced search, dashboard, workflow, business rules, ecc.), e discreta autonomia tecnica sul landascape MS Dynamics CRM (Azure DevOps, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Virtual Agent, Customer Insights)
• Discreta capacità di comprendere se le soluzioni applicative sono in linea con i requisiti di Business e corrispondano ai concetti di digital transformation e omnicanalità
• Conoscenza delle principali metodologie di gestione di progetti: Waterfall, Agile e Scrum e di gestione di un servizio, come ad esempio ITIL
• Capacità di operare in contesti complessi, internazionali, con Business Unit differenti e con diversi System Integrator
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, livello intermedio
