Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect

Overview:

The Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead / Architect is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This role requires strategic insight, deep technical expertise, and leadership to ensure CRM solutions align with business goals and deliver optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that align with the company's business objectives and processes.
  • Lead the technical design and architecture of the CRM system, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for the CRM system, including upgrades, enhancements, and new feature implementations.
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of the CRM system with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the integration of Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the CRM team, including developers, analysts, and administrators.
  • Monitor system performance , identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 CRM features, technologies, and best practices, and evaluate their applicability to the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful CRM implementations.
  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules, architecture, and data model.
  • Required Certifications:
    • MB-600: Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect
    • PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect
    • AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions
    • MB-700: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect
  • Experience with CRM system implementation, customization, and integration.
  • Proficient in relevant programming languages and development tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience leading large-scale CRM implementations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of software integration and API management.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
