Job Description:

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Provides operational support through varied informational processing activities that supports a specific business needOrganizes and maintains files (hardcopy and electronic) for group supportedResearches and obtains specific information requested by group supportedAdministers programs, projects and processes specific to the operating unit servedServes as a liaison with others within and outside the companyPrepares standard or complex documents from various source materialsGENERAL SUMMARY

As a Specialist Business Operations, you will be Responsible to support the Resource Management function within Global Business Services (GBS).You will Coordinate to plan & schedule Technical Resources to specific client engagement projects within a specific geography or practice.Partner with other resource managers to source & share additional delivery resources across different geographies for effective resource utilization.Develop and cultivate strong internal customer relationships within services organization. You are required to prioritize the tasks and work towards resolution with a sense of urgency.Perform Training to new hires and share process updates to the larger team to ensure workflow consistency.Take ownership of building and maintaining process documentations, prepare team reports and present to leadership in various forumsPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Take ownership of Resource Scheduling Activities for the assigned regionEnsure all assigned tasks and responsibilities are successfully performed and completed within the prescribed SLA parameters.Resolve any scheduling issues arising with a sense of urgency by working with the respective teamCollaborate with RMs across different regions to fulfill the resource requirements and apply attained experience and knowledge in solving routine issues and problemsHelp in maintaining the Process Documentations as per ISO Audit requirements.Cross train team members as and when neededBe flexible and open to working in various time zones and timelines and extension of work hours as requiredAdhere to all the policies and procedures of the organization and the line of businessPerforms other duties as requiredSKILLS

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate with multiple teams across geographies to meet deadlines.Excellent written and spoken English skills and an ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate written responseExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.Demonstrated ability to work independently and make complex investigation decisions with little to no guidanceStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to effectively manage time, and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priorityExcellent ability to determine situational needs and provide appropriate solutionsPositive attitude with quick learning ability & good grasping power.Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime hours as per business requirementQUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate in any disciplineGood knowledge of computers (Basics, MS Office) requiredExposure and/or experience to Incident Management tools like ServiceNow preferredKnowledge and/or experience working on SAP Project module preferredExposure and/or experience with ITIL concepts preferredEducation Required: Bachelors and/or Masters (Non-Technical)Experience Required: 2-5 Years Physical Requirements: Not ApplicableTekWissen
