our collection of 2,000+ articles.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Keep track of daily operations, track performance, and make recommendations for improvement when neededOrder and manage supplies and inventory, coordinate with accounting & finance departments to stay within budgetDevelop procedures & protocols (e.g. checklists) to be distributed to personnelCommunicate & coordinate with staff (executive operations team) & vendorsTrain & onboard new staff to ensure compliance with SOPDevelop and implement department wide quality controlsRecommend new procedures to improve daily operationsCommunicate with operations manager & staff members & vendors to ensure compliance with protocols at key touchpointsHelp the operations manager with development, planning and coordinationEnsure operations are in compliance with local & national regulationsIdeal ProfileBachelor's degree in a business field, such as accounting, finance, or managementProven work experience as a business operations specialist or a similar roleProficiency with common office software systems such as ExcelExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and accuracyKnowledge of operational best practices and industry standardsWhat's on Offer?Flexible working optionsFantastic work cultureLeadership Role
