Location:(Onsite Interviews Only)About the RoleWe are looking for ahands-on technology leaderto architect and scaleworld-class maps, navigation, and traffic intelligence platformsat MapmyIndia.This role sits at the intersection ofgeospatial systems, real-time data platforms, and AI/ML innovation , driving the future of location-based mobility intelligence in India.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect & scalehigh-performance systems for location search, routing, and traffic intelligence.Lead developmentof graph-based routing engines — shortest path, traffic-aware, multimodal, and EV routing.Build and enhancereal-time traffic ingestion, prediction, and visualizationplatforms using AI/ML.Designcloud-native, microservices-based architectures(AWS/GCP, Kafka, Spark/Flink, Kubernetes).Overseedata quality, accuracy, and freshnessacross GPS, IoT, and crowdsourced data streams.Mentor and growhigh-performing engineering and data science teams.Collaborate with product leaders to align technology strategy with MapmyIndia’s business vision.Non-Negotiable Core SkillsGraph-based routing algorithms(shortest path, multimodal, traffic-aware).Geospatial technologies & spatial databases(PostGIS, Elasticsearch, Geocoding).AI/ML for mobility:route optimization, ETA prediction, traffic forecasting.Real-time data platforms:Kafka, Spark/Flink, Kubernetes.Cloud expertise:AWS, GCP, or Azure.Proven record inscaling large, real-time, data-intensive systems.Strongleadership and stakeholder managementabilities.Who You AreAstrategic, hands-on architectpassionate about maps, mobility, and AI-driven innovation.Skilled atbalancing long-term vision with execution.A strong communicator who caninspire and lead teams.All interviews will be conducted in-office.Interested candidates can apply directly by emailing their resume to
