Job Summary:We are seeking a Service Now Solutions Architect with expertise in presales and solution delivery to drive strategic engagements and implement scalable Service Now solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales, technical teams, and clients to design tailored Service Now solutions across various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Sec Ops, and GRC/IRM.Key Responsibilities:Presales & Solutioning:• Lead presales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, customer demos, and technical workshops.• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and craft tailored Service Now solutions.• Design high-level architecture and implementation roadmaps for prospective clients.• Develop proof-of-concept (Po C) solutions and prototype demos to showcase Service Now capabilities.• Assist in cost estimation, effort sizing, and proposal documentation.• Conduct customer presentations and technical deep-dive sessions.Solution Architecture & Delivery:• Define and implement Service Now architecture and enterprise-wide solutions aligned with business objectives.• Provide technical leadership in the design, configuration, and integration of Service Now applications.• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and scalability standards.• Guide developers and architects on Service Now development and implementation best practices.• Stay up to date with the latest Service Now releases, features, and industry trends.Required Skills & Qualifications:• 10 years of experience in Service Now solution architecture, presales, and delivery.• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Sec Ops, and GRC/IRM modules.• Proven experience in presales engagements, technical solutioning, and customer interactions.• Expertise in Service Now scripting (Java Script, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub).• Experience designing and implementing Service Now integrations with enterprise systems.• Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.• Ability to develop and present technical proposals, Po Cs, and architecture roadmaps.• Experience with Service Now performance tuning, scalability, and security best practices.• ITIL knowledge and experience with enterprise ITSM/ITOM transformations.• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
