
ServiceNow Pre-Sales and Solutions Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect with expertise in presales and solution delivery to drive strategic engagements and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales, technical teams, and clients to design tailored ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC/IRM.
Key Responsibilities:
Presales & Solutioning:
• Lead presales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, customer demos, and technical workshops.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and craft tailored ServiceNow solutions.
• Design high-level architecture and implementation roadmaps for prospective clients.
• Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions and prototype demos to showcase ServiceNow capabilities.
• Assist in cost estimation, effort sizing, and proposal documentation.
• Conduct customer presentations and technical deep-dive sessions.
Solution Architecture & Delivery:
• Define and implement ServiceNow architecture and enterprise-wide solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership in the design, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow applications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and scalability standards.
• Guide developers and architects on ServiceNow development and implementation best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 10 years of experience in ServiceNow solution architecture, presales, and delivery.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC/IRM modules.
• Proven experience in presales engagements, technical solutioning, and customer interactions.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub).
• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Ability to develop and present technical proposals, PoCs, and architecture roadmaps.
• Experience with ServiceNow performance tuning, scalability, and security best practices.
• ITIL knowledge and experience with enterprise ITSM/ITOM transformations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
