Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Lead based in Chennai.

The Quality Assurance Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of software products through effective quality control, quality assurance, and quality management processes.

They will oversee day-to-day activities related to quality assurance, including adherence to standards, conducting audits, and implementing improvement initiatives.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing guidance on quality-related matters will also be essential responsibilities of this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Quality Assurance Oversight : Lead and oversee all aspects of the quality assurance process, ensuring that products meet specified quality standards and requirements.

- Compliance Management : Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and guidelines, such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

- Quality Audits : Plan and conduct quality audits to assess compliance with established processes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance the overall quality assurance process and efficiency.

- Test Automation : Utilize test automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, QTP, and JMeter to automate test cases and improve testing efficiency.

- Continuous Integration : Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous testing processes using tools like Jenkins to ensure timely and reliable software delivery.

- Team Leadership : Provide leadership and guidance to the quality assurance team, ensuring that team members are aligned with project objectives and quality standards.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to address quality-related issues and drive quality improvements.

- Reporting and Metrics : Develop and maintain quality-related metrics and reports to track progress, identify trends, and communicate quality-related insights to Total Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance roles, with a proven track record of leadership and success in driving quality initiatives.

Location : Chennai, India (on-site).

- Selenium WebDriver

- JUnit

- QTP (QuickTest Professional)

- JMeter

- Jenkins

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of other test automation frameworks and tools.

- Experience with performance testing and load testing.

- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
