We at MarketMinds Digital Solutions are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Content Creation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media, SEO, and lead generation, with hands-on experience in building engaging digital campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation & Social Media

Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, and Posts aligned with brand guidelines.

Design graphics, carousels, and motion creatives for social media.

Manage posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

  1. Digital Marketing & SEO

Plan and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).

Research and write high-quality blogs & articles optimized for search engines.

Track website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.

  1. Lead Generation & Campaigns

Run targeted ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Generate and qualify leads for clients as well as for MarketMinds.

Monitor ROI and optimize campaigns for maximum conversions.

  1. Strategy & Reporting

Stay updated with digital trends and competitors.

Prepare weekly performance reports and suggest improvements.

Coordinate with the design & web development team for aligned strategies.


Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing (Instagram Reels/Shorts a must).

Hands-on experience with SEO (On-page, Off-page, Keyword Research).

Proficiency in Blog writing & content strategy.

Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro/CapCut (for posts & reels).

Basic knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.

Good communication skills and a growth-driven mindset.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing & content creation.

Freshers with strong portfolios and skills are also welcome.
