Sales Manager Export

je staat in voor het vergroten van de verkoop, marktpenetratie en marktaandeel;
je bedenkt promoties samen met de partners en onderhoudt goede relaties met hen;
je introduceert nieuwe en bestaande producten en onderzoekt interessante private label mogelijkheden;
je verzamelt uitgebreide informatie over de kwaliteit en de verkoop van de eigen producten, alsook van die van de concurrentie;
je denkt mee na en geeft suggesties over het aanpassen van producten, het assortiment en de verpakking om zo snel en efficiënt te kunnen inspelen op de veranderingen op de markt;
je beheert, ondersteunt en volgt de handelspartners op en bezoekt of ontvangt key account;
je stelt een jaarlijkse prognose en verkoopplan op met doelstellingen voor de verschillende markten;
je bent aanwezig op en organiseert mee beurzen. Je denkt mee na over nieuwe beurzen die interessant kunnen zijn;
je onderhandelt over prijzen en voorwaarden met de key accounts;
je houdt je klantenbestand up - to -date;
je hebt zicht op de huidige wetgeving in de relevante landen m.b.t. import - en kwaliteitsverplichtingen, handelstarieven, politieke situatie, ... ;
je wordt begeleid en ondersteund door de Sales & Marketing Director.
Vereisten
je genoot bij voorkeur een Master opleiding binnen marketing, commerciële communicatie, bedrijfskunde, toegepaste economie, ...;
je kan ervaring voorleggen in sales en marketing, bij voorkeur in een food - gerelateerde omgeving;
je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en bent zeer klantgericht;
je bent bereid om te reizen (tot 50% van de tijd);
affiniteit met Aziatische culturen is een troef;
je hebt ervaring met het organiseren, leiden, coördineren van commerciële projecten;
je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van en affiniteit met de internationale foodmarkt;
naast het Nederlands heb je een vlotte geschreven en gesproken kennis van het Engels en het Spaans;
je hebt een gedegen kennis van MS Office.
