Intern - Client Servicing (Sports)

Responsibilities:
- Assist the client servicing team in managing relationships with sports clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Support the coordination and execution of sports marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorship activations.
- Conduct research on sports industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for client meetings and pitches.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining client records, and coordinating communications.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for sports and a strong understanding of the sports industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skills:
- Client Management: Assisting in managing client relationships and expectations.
- Campaign Coordination: Supporting the execution of sports marketing campaigns and events.
- Research: Conducting research on industry trends and market opportunities.
- Presentation Preparation: Helping prepare presentations and reports for clients.
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance to the client servicing team.
Preferred:
- Experience with client management software (e.g., CRM systems).
- Previous internship or project experience in sports marketing or client servicing.
- Knowledge of sports marketing strategies and sponsorship activations.
