As our Product operations Executive, you will be responsible for instrumental in driving operational excellence and seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring the efficient development, quality assurance, and successful delivery of our cutting-edge products.

Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient product development processes.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the product development lifecycle and implement streamlined operational procedures.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to assess product performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for product specifications, workflows, and operational procedures.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that products meet high standards and are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Project Management: Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product operations, project management, or a similar role (2-4 years).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
