Mac Support Engineer

Job Description Template Job Description Template Short Text (Maximum 400 characters) Mac Support Engineer, has to play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to users of Apple's macOS-based products and services. Engineer will be responsible for Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues Configuring & trouble shooting problem w.r.t Operating System Ensuring seamless operation Delivering an exceptional customer experience Providing Level 1 Support for Printer, Email Problems, Office applications etc. Configuring and Trouble Shooting wireless devices like Mobile Phones and Tablets Long Text (maximum 4000 characters) Job Accountabilities (duties and responsibilities). Job Accountabilities Technical Support: Provide prompt and efficient technical support to end-users experiencing issues with macOS-based devices, including MacBooks, iMacs, Mac Pros, and other Apple hardware products. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems using a systematic approach. Identify root causes and implement effective solutions to resolve issues and minimize downtime. Handle incoming support requests via various channels, including phone calls, emails, tickets, and in-person interactions. Log, prioritize, and track incidents using designated ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) Strong proficiency in macOS and related Apple technologies, including macOS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) - BE / B.Tech / B Sc-IT Experience 1 to 3 yrs Preferred JAMF knowledge Target Companies
