Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketplace- Asst. Manager with proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. This role requires a strong understanding of P&L management, marketing strategies, and operational excellence to drive revenue growth for our consumer product brand.
Key Responsibilities:P&L Management: Take full ownership of the P&L for all marketplace operations, ensuring profitability and alignment with business objectives.
Marketplace Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive marketplace strategies that align with overall business goals and drive revenue growth.
Marketing Efforts: Lead marketing initiatives across various platforms, including the execution of promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and sales.
Product Management: Oversee product listings, inventory management, and ensure optimal presentation of products on marketplaces.
Performance Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of sales trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and creative teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketplace management.
Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth daily operations across all marketplaces, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Qualifications:Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a consumer product brand, specifically managing marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Flipkart, as well as quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit and Zepto.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in marketplace technologies and digital marketing tools.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
