Role: Team Leader / RSO Manager The Team Leader / RSO Manager will drive front-line sales performance, lead a team of 3–5 Sales Consultants, and ensure consistent achievement of sales and business targets. The ideal candidate will bring strong automobile retail experience, people management capability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities • Lead, mentor & manage a team of 3–4 sales consultants. • Achieve monthly sales and business targets across Hyundai models. • Oversee retail sales operations: enquiry → test drive → booking → delivery. • Maintain CRM & DMS discipline with accurate lead follow-ups and documentation. • Ensure top-quality customer interactions and resolve escalations effectively. • Coordinate with Finance, Exchange, CRM, Service & Delivery teams for smooth operations. • Monitor daily team performance, conduct reviews, and drive improvements. • Track competition, analyse market trends, and support local marketing activities. Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience in the automobile industry (mandatory). • Proven experience in car sales and achieving targets. • Prior team-handling experience preferred.
