V School is looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer with 1‑2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building web applications using and , managing MySQL databases, and deploying/maintaining applications on Linux/VPS hosting environments like cPanel or similar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain front‑end features using
  • Build backend services and APIs using (Express or similar framework)
  • Design, query, and manage MySQL databases
  • Deploy and host applications on Linux servers and VPS hosting (experience with control panels like cPanel, Plesk, etc. is a plus)
  • Manage server configuration, basic sys‑admin tasks (e.g. setting up domains, SSL, server security)
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into functioning code
  • Debug, test, and optimize applications for speed, security, and responsiveness

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1‑2 years of experience in full stack web development
  • Strong experience with (hooks, state management, component lifecycle)
  • Proficient in for backend development
  • Good knowledge of MySQL: schema design, joins, queries, performance optimisation
  • Comfortable with Linux: at least basic terminal, file permissions, process management etc.
  • Some experience with VPS hosting / Linux‑based hosting panel (e.g. cPanel, Plesk, or similar)
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
  • Strong problem solving, debugging, and communication skills

Desirable / Plus Points

  • Experience with server setup (web server like Nginx / Apache), TLS/SSL
  • Knowledge of deployment pipelines, CI/CD
  • Exposure to cloud services like AWS / DigitalOcean / Linode etc.
  • Understanding of security best practices
