Full Stack Developer (React & NodeJS)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, exceptional proficiency in React and NodeJS, and a strong background in UI/UX design. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of complex web applications, ensuring high performance and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full software development lifecycle of web applications, from initial concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure APIs using NodeJS and related frameworks (e.g., , NestJS).
  • Build and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Context API, React Router).
  • Translate complex user requirements and business needs into intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and other developers to define project requirements, timelines, and technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices, code quality, and architectural patterns.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire stack, from front-end rendering to back-end logic and database queries.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in front-end development with
  • Expert-level proficiency in back-end development with NodeJS.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Licensed by Google
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
  • Extensive experience with database technologies, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous full-stack projects and UI/UX design work is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,500.00 per month
