About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with leadership experience to join our team. In this role, you will not only build and maintain scalable applications but also guide and mentor a development team to deliver high-quality projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect solutions, ensure coding best practices, and drive innovation across our technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and oversight on projects.
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using , React, , and other modern frameworks.
  • Manage and optimize databases with MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
  • Work with MQTT and WebSockets for real-time communication where applicable.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and ensure smooth execution of development processes.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the current stack.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with MySQL, MongoDB, , React, and
  • 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead, managing and guiding development teams.
  • Strong understanding of full stack development, including front-end, back-end, and database management.
  • Experience building scalable and high-performance applications.
  • Familiarity with MQTT and WebSockets (a strong plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
