Work location- Delhi NCR

• Oversee operation and maintenance of all plant and site machinery (Tower cranes, builder hoists, passenger hoist, DGs, etc), ensuring optimal utilization and minimal downtime through timely servicing and repairs.
• Monitor machinery activities across multiple sites, centrally tracking status, performance, and ensuring accurate reporting for operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and programs to reduce breakdowns and improve equipment life.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and adherence to company procedures regarding machinery usage and maintenance.
• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance teams, motivating and organizing staff across sites to uphold maintenance standards and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with other departments (in-house & Govt. bodies (electricity, water, sewer , local authorities , etc.) to facilitate smooth machinery-related workflows and project execution.
• Manage vendor relationships, including machinery suppliers, service providers, and rental/hire companies. Negotiate contracts and rental agreements for equipment procurement and leasing, such as DG, cradles etc.
• Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance operations, ensuring cost control and optimal resource allocation.
• Analyze operational data and machinery KPIs to implement continual improvements in performance, maintenance, and safety.
• Handle mobilization/demobilization of equipment for new/existing projects (including spare-parts management, logistics, and compliance).
• Maintain accurate records of machinery inventory, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation for all sites in the region.
• Utilize machinery management software or logbooks for monitoring, reporting, and planning activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering; Masters or management certifications preferred for senior roles.
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in plant/machinery operations and maintenance, preferably at a regional level.
• Strong technical expertise in plant machinery maintenance and safety standards.
• Proven leadership, team management, and staff training abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis, maintenance planning software (e.g., CMMS), and MS Office/Excel.
• Budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
