HR certification or additional professional courses will be an added advantage. Experience Requirements 0 to 1 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, or administration. Freshers with internship or practical HR experience may also be considered. Experience in handling recruitment life cycle and employee engagement activities is preferred. Technical / Functional Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of HR tools or HRMS software (preferred). Understanding of statutory compliance and labor laws. Ability to maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records. Experience in coordinating with vendors or external agencies. Skill Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time management ability. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to work under deadlines and manage pressure.
