Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and detail-orientedBIM Modeler (Mechanical & Electrical)to join our design and engineering team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CAD to BIM conversion, 3D modeling, and MEP coordination using Revit and other BIM tools. This role involves developing high-quality BIM models and drawings while ensuring compliance with project standards and design requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage3D MEP models(Mechanical & Electrical) from CAD drawings usingRevit .Create and modifyparametric families up to LOD 500as per project needs.PerformCAD to BIM conversionwith high accuracy and adherence to design intent.Coordinate and integrate models across disciplines includingHVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Protection .Prepareinstallation drawings ,coordination drawings , andshop drawingsfrom BIM models.Collaborate with engineers, architects, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.UseNavisworksforclash detection , model review, and coordination.Maintain BIM standards and ensure quality of all deliverables.Stay updated with evolving BIM technologies, practices, and standards.Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree inMechanical Engineering ,Electrical Engineering , or a related field.3–5 years of experiencein BIM modeling (Mechanical and/or Electrical).Proficiency inRevit MEP ,AutoCAD , andNavisworks .Strong understanding ofLOD standards ,BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) , and stakeholder requirements.Knowledge of building services systems —HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical , andFire Protection .High attention to detail with strong accuracy and time-management capabilities.Ability to work bothindependentlyand as part of a collaborative team.Preferred QualificationsExperience working onMiddle East projects .Experience withinternational BIM standards(ISO 19650, AIA, BS/EN).Knowledge ofDynamoor other BIM automation tools.Experience withclash detection , coordination meetings, and BIM documentation workflows.
