KANTAR IS THE WORLD’S LEADING DATA, INSIGHTS AND CONSULTING COMPANY.Kantar's Analytics practice creates leading-edge offers focused on Brand and Marketing ROI, Brand Strategy and Innovation, Content Analytics, Data Strategy and Engineering, and Customer Analytics in a way that is unmatched by our competitors.The convergence of unique human understanding and business expertise, coupled with innovative data and technology solutions, allows us to better predict consumer behavior, providing customers the confidence to make bold and complex decisions and optimise priorities for growth.We currently have an opening for a Consultant-Deal Shaping at our Bangalore office.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Client & Market Engagemento Map client requirements and recommend commercially viable brand and marketing solutions from the company’s portfolio.o Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities and develop new markets.• Deal Shaping & Proposalso Coordinate with different stakeholders and internal teams for the required support in developing commercial offer deckso Lead proposal development for Brand & Marketing Measurement Solutions: solutioning, cost estimates, proposal decks, and pitch materials.• Operations supporto Engage with the sales and operations team in clearly articulating the statement of work (SOWs) for the engagemento Aid the delivery team to understand the context of the situation and any other clarifications they may require to deliver the solution• Content & Collateral Managemento Maintain and update case studies for Brand & Marketing Solutions, organised by use-case and geography.o Audit and refresh sales enablement materials each quarter.o Collaborate with marketing to develop collaterals such as brochures and case studies.o Build sophisticated Power Point presentations that communicate concepts visually and effectively.ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALITIES• Stellar teamwork, interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Prior experience in marketing analytics, project delivery (consulting/ analytics) is a must-have - key areas of focus – Brand and Marketing.• Excellent knowledge of marketing and brand strategy, particularly in the consumer goods domain.• Strong stakeholder management skills across global and cross-functional teams.• High proficiency in Microsoft Power Point and content development.• Solid project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Business development or deal shaping experience is a plus.QUALIFICATIONS• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Market Research, Strategy, Marketing Analytics, Consulting, or B2 B Sales.• Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
