High-Value Edge is a boutique group of Investment Bankers for mid-size & semi-large companies looking for growth through M&A, partnerships, and capital raising. We have helped 20+ small and medium-sized companies grow at least 3X through organic marketing, branding & sales, and 10X through strategic partnerships, acquisitions, consolidation & capital-raising. This number will be doubled in the next 2 years, with the same number of businesses currently under our acceleration.

Tasks

We are High-Value Edge, a boutique group of Investment Bankers specializing in Debt, M&A, and Fundraising for mid-size and large companies.

We are looking for freelancers, consultants, and deal originators who can connect us with running companies that need Debt Funding for Working Capital, Line of Credit, or Business Expansion.

Funding Range:

Minimum: USD 10 Million

Maximum: USD 50 Million

Type: Secured or Unsecured Debt

Your Role: USA Based Deal funding

Identify and connect us with companies actively looking for debt or working capital funding.

Facilitate introductions or deal discussions with company management or finance heads.

Commission Structure:

1. receive a high commission payout upon successful deal closure.

2.Commission will be disbursed within 3–4 days after deal disbursement.

Requirements

Ideal Freelancer:

1.Has a strong business network or corporate connections.

2.Experienced in finance, investment, or business development.

3.Can identify companies in need of debt funding or working capital lines

We offer a 40–50% commission after successful deal execution. Our firm has been a reputed player in the industry for over 10 years
