The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strong client relationships in the software industry, with a strong connect at the CXO level. Additionally, this role will involve leading a team of sales professionals.

Our client spans wide array of cutting-edge practices and technology stacks, including AIOPs, Observability, Digital Transformation, and AI-Powered Application Modernization.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Identify and engage potential manufacturing clients to promote software solutions and services.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the manufacturing sector.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales objectives.Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in software sales/ software services sales, or solution sales.Proven experience in selling to manufacturing companies is a must.Strong understanding of the software industry and market dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain strong connections with CXO-level executives.Experience in leading and managing a sales team.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
