Job Description:

The Business Operations Associate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of key client-facing business processes. This role involves understanding client business needs, managing operational workflows, and synthesizing data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, data analysis, and process improvement, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Understand client business issues, operating rules, data, and processes to deliver high-quality results.
  • Operate business processes for clients periodically, including configuring business rules, synthesizing data, and performing quality checks to ensure error-free deliverables.
  • Incorporate process changes in response to evolving business needs and identify areas for improvement.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Synthesize data according to business rules and develop expertise in relevant software tools and technologies.
  • Review deliverables with project managers to identify key insights for client stakeholders.
  • Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from clients and provide descriptive answers to business questions.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Interact with internal or client teams to resolve input data issues promptly.
  • Develop domain expertise to increasingly work independently on creating insights.
  • Address client queries resulting from deliverables or business questions with clarity and accuracy.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement improvements in internal business processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and value.
  • Introduce innovative practices to continuously enhance operational workflows and client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Work Experience with an American company (minimum 6 months) PLUS
  • Excellent spoken English
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration , Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business operations, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in an international setting.
  • Proven expertise in managing operational processes and synthesizing data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work US shift hours and collaborate with global teams.
  • Proficiency in operational and analytical tools/software.
