Project Construction Manager

Responsibilities
  • Collaboratewith the project team to identify and select qualified contractorssubcontractors and vendors for residential constructionprojects
  • Negotiate contracts and agreementswith contractors and vendors ensuring clear deliverables andtimelines
  • Develop and maintain strong workingrelationships with contractors fostering a collaborative andcommunicative environment
  • Monitor andevaluate contractor performance including adherence to projectschedules compliance with safety regulations and quality ofworkmanship
  • Coordinate with internalstakeholders to ensure that project designs specifications andrequirements are effectively conveyed to contractors
  • Proactively identify and address potentialissues or delays in construction progress working with contractorsto find timely solutions Manage project budgets and control costsby monitoring contractor expenses change orders and resourceallocation
  • Oversee the documentation ofcontractor activities progress reports and project milestonesBespecific when describing each of the responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Btech/BE Civil graduation
  • Minimum of 5 yearsof experience in construction management and handling team ofcontractors in residential projects.
  • Shouldhave experience in managing minimum 10 engineers &coordinating 10 contractors in a specific company.
  • Ready to travel to multiple projects acrossdifferent districts.
  • Excellent leadershipcommunication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizeeffectively.
