WE ARE HIRING FOR A SCHEDULED COMMERCIAL BANK - ESAF SMALL FINANCE BANKKey responsibilities:Loan processing and disbursement:Evaluate loan applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness.Assess the purity, weight, and market value of gold items to determine loan amounts.Perform credit appraisals and disburse loans according to policy.Ensure smooth execution of all processes, including data entry, closure, and renewal of accounts.Customer service:Provide prompt and high-quality customer service, handling queries both pre- and post-disbursement.Explain loan terms and conditions to clients.Build customer relationships and satisfaction.Sales and marketing:Promote and sell gold loan products to new and existing customers.Generate leads from open markets and referrals.Cross-sell other bank products like savings accounts, mutual funds, or fixed deposits.Compliance and operations:Ensure all operations are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.Maintain accurate records of all transactions and manage file management.Securely store pledged gold and manage the keys to storage facilities.Liaise with internal departments and respond to audit findings to ensure zero discrepancies.Required skills and qualifications :Education:Any Graduate DegreeExperience:Minimum 2 years of experience in a banking or non-banking financial company (NBFC), especially in gold loans, is highly preferred.
