Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Home Loan Specialist, located in Chandigarh with some acceptable work from home. The Home Loan Specialist will be responsible for advising clients on mortgage options, processing loan applications, performing credit analysis, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. Daily tasks include assisting clients in understanding loan options, preparing loan documentation, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in managing Loans and credit analysis
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
  • Previous experience in a financial institution is a plus
