We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and optimize the TOC-One Beat Supply Chain Digital platform and the Watch Retail Reporter Digital platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements, manage IT infrastructure, and ensure IT security for TOC applications.


Key Responsibilities:

Understand business requirements and provide effective solutions on TOC-One Beat Supply Chain Digital platform.

Collaborate with technical teams for system configuration, testing, and end-user training.

Manage IT infrastructure and security needs for TOC applications.

Work closely with vendor partners to ensure timely project delivery.

Strong SQL query writing skills to support application development and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with multiple teams, including Watch Merchandising, Watch Retail, W&W Store Teams, SAP IT, POSS, and LFS.

Ensure high availability, responsiveness, and optimal utilization of server resources.

Maintain data integrity and resolve data exchange issues promptly.

Coordinate with IT and retail teams for store-level and enterprise-level application management.

Release new application versions at regular intervals and troubleshoot third-party integrations.


Key Deliverables:


Achieve performance metrics such as high system availability and server optimization.

Ensure timely resolution of data exchange issues.

Troubleshoot and upgrade third-party system integrations.

Oversee version releases and ensure system upgrades are implemented effectively.

Requirements:


Minimum of 5 years of experience in SQL query writing and hands-on experience with TOC applications and SAP.

Solid understanding of supply chain and retail business processes.

Strong documentation and analytical skills.

Experience with server administration, web services, and microservices.

Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade third-party integrations.
