Liaise with agencies for provision of housekeeping, electrical maintenance, Transit-house maintenance, and Canteen & pantry service at Kattupalli etc. Annual maintenance of air conditioning units, Lift, Xerox, EPABX and electrical installations Vendor management for Stationery & other material procurement including stocking and monitoring of usage. Allocate and support on travel & accommodation facilities for Staff. Liaising with Government / Local authorities / local leaders. Maintenance of the Company asset and movement of assets from one location to another. Facilitate the Event Management at the shipyard and assist in organising such events in coordination with the vendors. Maintain housing and workers colony to provide accommodation to staff/Guests and workers. In addition, execute any other jobs/tasks as assigned from time to time.
