System Admin-IT Help Desk Engineer

and you will be a part of our Global delivery team.

Job Overview:

The IT Help Desk Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to employees and customers. They will work closely with other IT professionals to resolve computer-related issues and ensure that all systems are functioning properly.

Your Impact on the Mission:

Provide technical support to employees and customers via phone, emailRotational shifts in 24x7 model (5 day working)Experience working on ITIL based tools like Manage Engine Service desk, Fresh Service etc. for managing day to day workUnderstanding of SLA’sDiagnose and resolve computer hardware and software issuesDocument and track IT helpdesk ticketsEscalate complex issues to senior IT staffTrain and mentor new IT helpdesk techniciansStay up to date on the latest IT technologies and trends

What You’ll Bring to The Table – About You:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years of experience in providing technical support to end usersProficient in Microsoft Windows operating systemsFamiliarity with other software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
