Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Program Manager- Monetization at Husk Power in Mumbai. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing revenue generation strategies by cross-selling, up-selling and CLTV maximization across multiple channels including in-house platform and third party channels. The Program Manager will be the owner of developing and implementing monetization programs, and managing financial performance metrics to drive business growth and sustainability.
Qualifications
3+ years of work experience in Program/ Monetization/ Business DevelopmentExperience in revenue generation strategies and program monetizationData analysis, financial analysis, and performance metrics management skillsProject management and stakeholder coordination abilitiesProficiency in financial forecasting and budgetingBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
