The company is now expanding to India with a new representative office in Kochi, Kerala.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Business Setup Advisor to guide Indian entrepreneurs in setting up companies within a UAE Government Freezone. This is a consultative, client-facing role focused on business advisory, lead conversion, and relationship building.Key Responsibilities- Engage and convert leads from campaigns, calls, and walk-ins.- Advise clients on licensing, office solutions, and Freezone regulations.- Support clients through documentation, compliance, and setup processes.- Represent the company at events and networking forums.- Collaborate with UAE teams for smooth service delivery.- Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.- Build long-term client relationships to drive referrals.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of sales/marketing/B2B experience (MBA preferred).- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi & Malayalam/Tamil is an advantage.- Proven experience in lead conversion, pipeline management, and CRM tools.- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to multitask.What We Offer- ₹3.5 LPA + Performance Incentives- Travel & Mobile Allowance- PF, ESI/Insurance, Gratuity, Annual Bonus- Training with UAE Freezone authorities- Growth opportunities with a reputed international brand
