The Personal Secretary will be responsible for managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence on behalf of the executive.The role includes· Email id management· Social accounts management & Other accounts management· Maintaining office records,· Land / Property / Asset management· Personal Vehicle management· Personal Insurance management· Work & Appointment management· Personal Bank / Loan account management· Personal Debt management· Personal Court cases management· Phone management· Communication Management· Any other business-related activities· Payments & Expense ManagementPreparation of reports, presentations and meeting agenda.QualificationsProficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skillsCompetence in Clerical and Administrative Assistance tasksStrong Communication skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationPrevious experience in a similar role is preferredBachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
