The talented professionals on our Financial Operations team are responsible for meeting Boomi's internal and external customer needs associated with the financial implications of licensing, platform, and invoicing requests.

As a Finance Operations Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the case resolution for Billing Change Requests, Account Cancellations, Account Audits, corrective Salesforce Account Requests, Cloud Enablement Requests, Downgrades, Reopening Opportunity Requests, Reversal Requests (including Amendment Reversals), Reversal/Rebook Requests, corrective Atomsphere Provisioning Requests (including overwrite requests), PSO Change Orders, PSO Reversal Requests, PSO Cancellations and PSO Billing Frequency Changes while representing our team as a reliable escalation point of contact.

We are a high visibility team where you will collaborate with all areas of the business to promote process flow adherence in an effort to prevent negative downstream and upstream risk, identify areas of opportunity for enhancement and ensure positive results to align with Boomi's growth.


You will be expected to meet Case Ownership and Resolution SLA expectations in line with the this position and skill set.
Essential Requirements:

  • Knowledgebase to identify the specific internal stakeholders that are appropriate to add to the Case Team, add them and delegate process flow actions as Case Comments.
  • Capability to learn and understand the process flow steps and potential derivatives of each of the Case Issue Types to manage the case based on the specific scenario to the appropriate resolution.
  • Advanced Salesforce experience.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to maintain a positive relationship with internal stakeholders assigned to Case Issue Types.
  • Must be able to overlap US-EST hours (8:00am-5:00pm).
  • Excel, Salesforce and/or Power BI reporting experience is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years comparable experience in Operations, Analytics, Process Ownership, Project Management, Reporting and/or Bachelors Degree required.
