Job Title: Import-Export Executive

Job Overview:

As an Import-Export Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the international trade activities of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring that all import and export procedures comply with relevant regulations, laws, and international trade agreements.

Responsibilities:

Processing and managing international shipments of goods and materials

Coordinating with clients and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods

Preparing and maintaining documentation for international shipments, including customs clearance documents

Managing and maintaining records of import and export activities

Providing information to clients and colleagues on import and export regulations and procedures

Ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations

Negotiating with customs and shipping agents to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods

Coordinating with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment of import duties and other fees

Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders

Conducting market research to identify potential new markets and business opportunities

Preparing and submitting reports on import and export activities to senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Knowledge of import and export regulations and procedures

Familiarity with international trade agreements and customs regulations

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word

Fluency in English and other languages is a plus

Salary:

The salary for this position will be competitive and will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
