Role Overview

We are seeking a
dynamic Operations Manager
who will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure
seamless client coordination
, and
lead the operations team
towards achieving excellence. This role demands a strong people leader who can maintain smooth workflows while delivering outstanding service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Coordination

  • Act as the
    primary point of contact
    for clients, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Understand client requirements and align them with operational delivery.
  • Resolve client queries and escalations with professionalism.
  • Build long-term client relationships through trust and service excellence.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and supervise the operations team to ensure effective execution of tasks.
  • Assign roles, monitor team performance, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve service standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.

Operations Management

  • Oversee
    daily operations
    of hotels, banquets, and events for efficiency.
  • Implement
    SOPs, workflows, and checklists
    to maintain consistency.
  • Monitor resource utilization, staff scheduling, and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in
    operations, client coordination, and team leadership
    .
  • Prior hospitality operations experience strongly preferred.
