Job Description

Reporting to the Regional Director of Strategic Accounts, you will play a critical role in building relationships with significant clients of Page Group in India. Our ideal candidate will ensure

client satisfaction

of existing

client relationships

and sign on new clients of a similar type.Primary Responsibilities:Manage existing strategic account business and

grow YoY customer revenues

.Achieve assigned strategic accounts revenue objectives.Identify, target and close net new business to Fortune 100 and hyper-scale prospects.Support customer requirements

and assist in orchestrating resources that align with needs.Create strong relationships based on

trust, integrity and customer satisfaction

to drive sales and repeat business.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry and customers to identify and

propose unique solutions

.Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.Business reviews

when required.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred.7+ years successful

sales experience to enterprise accounts

.Proven work experience as a

strategic or key account manager

.An ability to generate leads, penetrate new accounts and develop and manage a pipeline.Drive to think strategically and succeed in a fast-pace business environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships

.Strong negotiation skills with a

problem-solving attitude
