Job Objective

Assess store personnel and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will exhibit a passion for driving sales and nurturing franchise growth. Dedication to upholding operational excellence and exceeding customer expectations is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously evaluate store staff and market scenarios to identify training needs and ensure alignment with franchise requirements.
  • Build and manage a team of competent workers adhering to company standards and franchise needs, optimising labour models.
  • Ensure 100% operational success in existing stores through effective management and problem-solving.
  • Achieve sales and purchase targets set by the company, employing creative strategies and planning for peak periods and special events.
  • Conduct market surveys for potential new stores, following the New Store Feasibility checklist provided by management.
  • Develop local sales marketing strategies for new stores in accordance with franchise needs.
  • Make quick and informed decisions to maintain operational efficiency, addressing situations promptly based on severity.
  • Conduct monthly meetings at outlets with expenses incurred supported by the franchise.
  • Participate in monthly meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews, presenting results and plans.
  • Discuss monthly plans and address any operational shortfalls with the franchise during scheduled meetings.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of Licenses in the stores.

Qualification & Experience

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the QSR/Restaurant industry.
  • Must be a Graduate, preferably with a hotel/hospitality management degree.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600, ₹700,000.00 per year
