Based on performance, you will be given a full-time opportunity at the end of the internship.After Conversion:
2.5 LPAWeekly Off : There will be one day off per week during the Intern phase. Two days off per week upon full-time conversion.
Eligibility Criteria for both positions:Qualification: Any GraduatePassing Year: 2022 and 2023Joining Month: March 2024, We have openings every month as it is an ongoing requirementNo of Openings: 10

Responsibilities for Intern
Operations role:Responsible for handling operations related to the backend by coordinating with clients & In- houseResponsible for End to end backend support to Operations inquiries, Appointment Confirmations, follow-ups with Clients, SOD & EOD Report preparation, escalations and executionsWorking closely with Clients, Corporate Customers, and internal stakeholders for Appointment confirmations, and reports ensuring timely action of completing tasks at handCoordinate with Insurer on Inclusions/exclusions, and rejection/approval of OPD Insurance claimsEffective communication in handling customer queries and query resolution with the customers
Key success metrics:Number of calls dialed per day, Call QualityCross-selling, Conversion rateShift adherenceFCR, Best customer experience & CSAT100% AccuracyProduct and process enhancementsQuery handling, Confirmation, Reports, Escalation handling TAT
Must skills:Good communication skills in English and multi-tasking abilitySound confident, energetic and have patience all through the dayFriendly, calm under pressure, and effective communication with customersAbility to probe and comprehend the issue or situationsFlexible to changes and adapt to new methods as per requirement
Ideal candidate:Excellent attention to detail with good typing speedGood Excel and presentation skillsSomeone who is good at selling and can be self-motivated, take initiative, flexible to accommodate new methods, and responsibilities as and when the role demandsDecision-making and prioritizationStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical reasoning abilitiesBuild and develop relationships with internal & external, so that faster resolution can be provided to the customer
