Job Description :

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Application Consultant specializing in HCM Payroll and Techno-Functional HCM HRMS/OAF to join our team.

As an Oracle Application Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and functional support for Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) modules, with a focus on Payroll, and also possessing strong Techno-Functional skills in HCM HRMS (Human Resources Management System) and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).

Responsibilities :

HCM Payroll Configuration and Support :

- Configure and customize Oracle HCM Payroll modules to meet client requirements.

- Provide ongoing support for payroll processing, including troubleshooting and resolving payroll-related issues.

- Conduct payroll testing and assist with payroll system upgrades and HCM HRMS/OAF Development:

- Develop and customize Oracle HCM HRMS modules to address business needs.

- Design and develop Oracle Application Framework (OAF) components for HCM-related functionalities.

- Collaborate with functional users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Integration and Data Management :

- Implement data integrations between Oracle HCM and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Develop and maintain interfaces using Oracle Integration tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Suite).

Documentation and Training :

- Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams on Oracle HCM Payroll and related modules.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with Oracle HCM product releases, patches, and industry best practices.

- Identify areas for process improvement and automation within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, particularly in Payroll, HRMS, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).

- Experience with Oracle HRMS setup and configuration, including Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, and Compensation modules.

- Proficiency in Oracle Payroll setup, payroll processing, payroll tax, and garnishment processing.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development for extending Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications.

- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, such as Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle BI Publisher.

- Strong understanding of Oracle database concepts and SQL development skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.

- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
