Description
What You’ll Do
Whether you’re onsite or sharing your expertise via the cloud, you’ll deliver top-class support and inspire customer loyalty. As a HCM Functional Consultant, you will:
Minimum 5+ years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules
Should have at least 2 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant
Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design
Should have done to end to end implementation for two or more of the below modules
Fusion Time and Labor
Fusion Comp and Ben
Fusion Payroll Fusion Absences o
Fusion Securities o Fusion Core HR
Fusion Talent Modules o Recruit & Learn
Should have good communication and presentation skills
Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation
