Role Description :


- This is a contract HCM Techno Functional consultant role at VARITE INC, located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work.


- The HCM Techno Functional consultant will be responsible for providing solutions for HR business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, configuring and customizing HCM applications, and analyzing business and user requirements for HCM modules.


- The HCM Techno Functional consultant will also be responsible for ensuring data consistency and integrity across HR applications, designing and executing test scenarios, and providing training and support to end-users


- Must Please make sure that profile should be having worked in HCM extract, Data conversion and BIP & OTBI


- Extensive HCM Techno-Functional experience (Technical 70 % and 30 % Functional) About 7-8 years.


- Extensive experience in any HCM Cloud applications


- At least 3 years of implementation experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR, Absence Management, Performance Management)


- Must have at least 5 years of Support project experience in Oracle Cloud HCM related Core HR, Absence Management, Performance Management


- Should have support experience working with external interfaces to 3rd party benefits, ADP etc. Must be a thought leader and should be able to architect a HCM solution based on Oracle Cloud Fusion technology.


- Excellent Communication Skills and proficient functionally and technically


- Fusion HCM implementation certification is required, if no prior experience of implementing Cloud HCM.


- Should be able to create OBI reports independently.
