About the Role

You will lead perf mktg strategies across paid channels like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, optimizing campaign performance and collaborating closely with creative & content teams to drive meaningful growth.

We're looking for an experienced, data-driven pro who has successfully scaled campaigns and thrives working in a lean, flexible, and fast-paced env.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop & execute perf mktg strategies across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Monitor, optimize & report on campaign perf & key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc.)
  • Run A/B tests to refine creatives, messaging & targeting strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with broader biz goals
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools & best practices
Qualifications
  • 5+ yrs experience in perf or digital mktg
  • Proven success managing high-performing paid ad campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager & similar platforms
  • Excellent communication & reporting skills
  • Based in CA or able to work during Pacific Time Zone hrs
  • Experience working rem. or with startups is a plus
Salary & Benefits
