Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. This role will focus on IT infrastructure solutions, including Networking, Data center, and Security solutions . It’s an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about IT sales and looking to advance their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.
Qualify leads and arrange meetings or demonstrations for the sales team.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and uncover upsell opportunities.
Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our IT infrastructure solutions, including networking, data centers, and security solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies aimed at expanding our market share.
Accurately record sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a focus on IT infrastructure solutions such as networking, data centers, and security solutions.
Strong interest in IT infrastructure and a desire to continue learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
