About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Trainer specializing in Data Structures and Programming. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical sessions, mentoring learners, and ensuring that participants gain strong problem-solving and coding skills. This is an exciting opportunity for both freshers (with excellent knowledge and communication) and experienced trainers to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Data Structures, Algorithms, and Programming (C++/Java preferred).
  • Create and update training materials, coding exercises, and practice problems.
  • Mentor and support learners in solving coding challenges and real-world problems.
  • Track learner progress, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Continuously upgrade training methodologies to align with industry trends.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (C++/Java preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Based in/around Vadodara, Gujarat (or willing to relocate).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with teaching, mentoring, or training (formal or informal).
  • Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to create interactive, learner-friendly training environments.
