Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of ICT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and backup systems. Plan and implement ICT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. Provide technical support to internal teams and ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues. Maintain data security, perform regular audits, and ensure compliance with IT policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and cross-functional departments for IT procurement and project execution. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve business processes and system integration. Develop and maintain IT documentation, user manuals, and system logs. Supervise IT staff and support training and development initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-5 years of relevant experience in ICT/IT roles with increasing responsibility. Experience in managing enterprise-level systems, network administration, and cybersecurity. Proficiency in Windows/Linux servers, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), firewalls, ERP systems, and virtual environments. Strong project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
