ICT Specialist/Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of ICT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and backup systems.
  • Plan and implement ICT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues.
  • Maintain data security, perform regular audits, and ensure compliance with IT policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and cross-functional departments for IT procurement and project execution.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve business processes and system integration.
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation, user manuals, and system logs.
  • Supervise IT staff and support training and development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in ICT/IT roles with increasing responsibility.
  • Experience in managing enterprise-level systems, network administration, and cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux servers, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), firewalls, ERP systems, and virtual environments.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, or equivalent are preferred
